Does your company repair windshield damage?

Absolutely, We specialize in repair. This is the safest option in most cases because it does not disturb the original factory installation.

Does your company replace windshields?

Aircraft only. (Boeing/McDonald Douglas). We feel the potential safety risks involved with automotive replacement might compromise your safety.

Is your company certified?

Definitely. We are government certified and licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration to work on aircraft. In addition, we are also automotive certified by Delta Kits.

What is a windshield repair?

This is a process that uses proven technology and optically matched structural resins. These stabilize the damage, restore structural integrity and dramatically increase appearance without affecting the factory installation.

Why should I repair my windshield?

Windshield repair is performed without destroying the powerful urethane adhesive seal which the vehicle manufactured used to secure the windshield the the automobile. This factory seal is what guarantees the windshield stays in place and keeps vehicle occupants contained within the engineered safety of the vehicle compartment. SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY. You or your family's lives might depend on it.

What types of damage can you repair?

Impact damage up to the size of a fifty-cent piece and cracks up to 6" inches but not limited to. If you're not sure, please contact us.

Can the damage spread while being repaired?

Industry statistics have shown that the chances of this happening are 1 in every 5,000 repairs. Our high level of training and field experience minimize the chances even more.

What will the repair look like?

Literally, night and day. We usually achieve between 90 and 98% optical clarity. This depends on, how old, the size, the type, and dirt accumulated in damage.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We guarantee our repairs not to fail and to pass state and lease return inspections for as long as you own the vehicle. In the unlikely event the repair fails we will either inspect / re-repair or refund the invoice amount to whoever paid for the repair.

How long does a repair take?

Usually about 30 minutes for rock chips and 45 minutes for radial cracks, although it may take longer to meet our standards. Scratches and element removal vary depending on severity.

Do I need to come to your repair facility?

No. We only offer 100% mobile, anywhere, anytime-convenient service to meet your schedule.

How much does it cost?

In most cases it is FREE with your comprehensive insurance incentive program. Most all major insurance companies will pay 100% of the repair and waive your deductible. Also, there will be no increase or penalties assigned to your policy. Our retail price for rock damage is $65.00 1st repair $10.00 2nd repair and free 3rd repair. Radial cracks up to 6" are $75.00.

Why would my insurance company pay for this service?

It is an insurance industry effort to lower premiums for the insured. Since 80-90% of all damaged windshields can be repaired, it stops unscrupulous shops from unnecessary and unsafe replacements driven by profit, not safety.

Example: Let’s say it will cost you $400.00 to replace your windshield the proper way. Your comprehensive deductible is $100.00. Your insurance company has to pay the remaining $300.00 to the glass shop. They would rather pay the much lower repair cost and extend the life of the windshield. By doing this they are preserving the original factory windshield retaining seal which eliminates substandard windshield replacement which could jeopardize your safety. Rock chip and crack repair also keeps insurance premiums down and is the safest option almost all the time.
